These terms apply when you sign up for our services at prowideweb.com/contratar or through the payment link we send you.
2.1 What is included
- Website development and setup: €180, one-off payment. Includes custom design and development, adaptation to mobile and tablet, optimisation for Google (local SEO), publication on your domain and the first month of maintenance.
- Maintenance: €20 per month, from the second month. Includes hosting, the domain, the security certificate (SSL), updates, backups and direct support, including small content changes such as text, photos or opening hours.
- Social media, Essential plan: €150 per month. A monthly posting calendar with day and time; 2 videos a month with a simple script (what to film, how to do it and what is needed); 2 posts a month (photo or carousel) with the caption and hashtags; the list of videos and photos needed to film everything in one go; one story idea every week, and publishing the content. Filming is the client’s responsibility; the client sends us the material following our directions.
- Social media, Complete plan: €240 per month. One visit a month to film; 4 videos (one a week), 4 posts a month (photos or carousels) and 10 stories a month, with editing and publishing of all the content. Comments and private messages are handled by the client.
- Social media, Intensive plan: €430 per month. Two visits a month of up to 3 hours each, roughly every two weeks; 8 videos (two a week), 6 posts a month (photos or carousels) and 16 to 20 stories a month, with polls and questions; editing, publishing and managing the content; one special post a month (a trend, something new, an event), and replies to comments and private messages within 24 hours at most.
- All three social media plans cover Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Prices are final, including any applicable taxes.
2.2 Payment
- You pay by card or with other methods shown on the payment page (for example Link or, for the one-off payment, Bizum), through Stripe. ProWideWeb never sees or stores your card details.
- On the standard plan you pay for the development today (€180), which already includes the first month of maintenance. The €20 fee is charged automatically from the following month, on the same day each month.
- If the development has been paid another way, only maintenance is activated: the first €20 charge is made one month later.
- Social media plans are charged on the day you subscribe and then on that same day every month. If that day does not exist in a given month (29, 30 or 31), that month you are charged on the last day.
- You receive an email receipt for every payment.
2.3 Timing and cooperation
- The delivery time is agreed with each client and runs from when you send us the content (text, photos, logo).
- You confirm that you hold the rights to the content you give us and, where identifiable people appear in photos or videos, their permission. On social media plans, this includes the permission of your staff or customers who appear in what we film at your business.
- Reasonable changes during development are included. New features, redesigns and work beyond the above are quoted separately.
- Social media: the accounts are yours. You give us access to post on them and can withdraw it whenever you like. Filming sessions are arranged with you in advance.
- On the Intensive plan we reply to comments and messages on your behalf. In doing so we process the data of the people who write to you on your behalf, as a data processor, under a separate data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).
2.4 Cancellation and refunds
- No minimum term for maintenance: you can cancel whenever you like by writing to info@prowideweb.com. Charges stop from the next monthly fee; the current month is not refunded.
- When maintenance is cancelled we stop hosting the website. We give you a copy of its files and the domain stays in your name (if we registered it, we transfer it to you), so you can move it to another provider.
- No minimum term for social media: you can cancel whenever you like by writing to info@prowideweb.com. Charges stop from the next monthly fee; the current month is not refunded and we provide it until the end.
- Development: if you cancel before we start the design, we refund the full amount. Once started, as it is custom work, it is non-refundable.
- If you sign up as a consumer (not as a business or professional), you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving any reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If you ask us to start before those 14 days are over and then withdraw, you will pay for the part of the service already provided; and once the service has been fully provided with your consent, you can no longer withdraw.
2.5 Price changes
If we change the price of maintenance or of a social media plan, we will let you know by email 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.
2.6 Liability
We take reasonable care to keep your website available, secure and working well, but we cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions beyond our control (for example, from the hosting provider or the internet). On social media we work to make the content perform, but we cannot guarantee specific results (followers, reach or sales) or answer for changes or outages on the platforms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profits, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months.
3. Privacy
3.1 Controller
Víctor Martín Castilla (ProWideWeb), NIF 39506818V, C/ Puig i Cadafalch, 53, 08243 Manresa (Barcelona), Spain. Email: info@prowideweb.com.
3.2 What data we process and why
- If you visit the website: we measure the audience in aggregate, without identifying you (see section 4). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The server logs technical data about each request (page, time and browser) for operation and security, without your IP address.
- If you contact us (email, WhatsApp or phone): we use what you tell us to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- If you sign up: your name, email and billing address and, if you provide them, your company name and tax ID, to provide and charge for the service and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Your card details are processed directly by Stripe; we never see them.
- If you run a business and we contacted you: we obtain from public sources (your Google Maps listing, your website and your social media) the business name, its professional contact details and information about its online presence, in order to offer you our services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time and we will stop contacting you.
3.3 How long we keep it
- Audience measurement: aggregated data that does not identify you.
- Server logs: overwritten automatically when they reach a maximum size (a few days or weeks).
- Enquiries: as long as needed to reply and, if you do not become a client, up to one year.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (6 years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code, and 4 years for tax purposes).
- Businesses we contacted: up to 2 years from the last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it.
3.4 Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. The following providers process it on our behalf:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU): the servers hosting the website, audience measurement and our client data.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland, EU): payments.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): the domain’s DNS and forwarding of email sent to info@prowideweb.com.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through WhatsApp (Meta), under its own terms.
Stripe and Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; they do so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses). We will also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it, for example to the Spanish Tax Agency.
3.5 Your rights
You can ask us for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, ask us to restrict it or request data portability, by writing to info@prowideweb.com. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and code of this website belong to ProWideWeb. Do not reproduce them without our permission. The brands and client websites shown in the portfolio belong to their owners.
6. Changes and governing law
We may update this text when the law or our services change; the date at the top shows the latest version. It is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Manresa (Spain), unless the law provides for a different venue (for example, the consumer’s place of residence).
